The clients engaged Praeditos Designs & Drafting to transform an ageing and underused sunroom into a functional master bedroom suite. The existing space was in poor condition and no longer served the needs of the household, making it an ideal opportunity to reconfigure and upgrade this portion of the home.

The proposed addition features snaplock cladding in a monument finish, designed as a continuous wrap from wall to roof and back down the opposing wall. The pitched form and open gable end create a clean, modern contrast while tying seamlessly into the existing dwelling. This contemporary extension not only introduces a striking architectural element but also significantly enhances the home’s street appeal.

Internally, the design delivers a generous master bedroom with an upgraded ensuite, separate W/C, and a practical walk-in robe. The result is a revitalised and highly functional suite that elevates comfort, usability, and overall value for the clients.
